Help me help you move in for the month of Oct for only $250. Rent will be $300 monthly for 1 person, mother and 1 kid $400 monthly. Must be employed if not 2 months rent upfront. So move in today pay $650 total. Stay through Dec 1st ok and u can stay longer if rent is paid by 1st each month. None drinker none smokers only. Must be clean, and none abusive toward kids.
